Vibracoustic and Hyundai Motor Company Agree on Global Collaboration
The leading global NVH solution provider Vibracoustic and Hyundai Motor Company signed a technical partnership agreement. The Germany based NVH expert and South Korea’s top automaker will expand their global relationship in the area of knowledge exchange as well as in joint research and development of NVH solutions for current and future mobility concepts like electric vehicles.
The partnership agreement was signed by Taesoo Chi, Senior Vice President Chassis Technology Center of Hyundai Motor Company, and Dr. Jörg Böcking, Chief Technology Officer of Vibracoustic, in Paris.
Key elements of the five-year technical collaboration will be the exchange of NVH expertise enabling Hyundai Motor Company to further increase the comfort and performance of their vehicles across all models. In addition, both companies will collaborate closely in development of innovative NVH solutions adding comfort to Hyundai Motor Company´s current and future model range especially on electric vehicles that will hit the market after 2020.
